Given the extenuating circumstances linked to COVID-19, we have amended our Booking Terms and Conditions in relation to Cancellations, Changes and Refunds.
If you need to cancel your booking:
Up to 7 days prior to your booked Activity you may cancel your booking and receive a gift voucher for the full value of your booking, minus a £5 administration fee.
ii. If you need to cancel your booking, please email us at email@example.com with your cancellation request. If your email is received at least 7 days prior to your booked Activity date we will credit your account with a gift voucher for the full value of your booking, minus the £5 administration fee, within 14 working days of receipt of the email.
iii. Within 7 days of the booked Activity, if The Wave is operational, you will not be entitled to move your booking or receive any refund or credit for any cancellation.
