All accounts can now be accessed here at community.thewave.com/dashboard which replaces the previous separate logins for Wave Profiles and Bundles Account.
You will need to register and verify your new account but once logged in, you will be able to make bookings and access any bundles all in one place.
If you have registered a new account type (ie. after June 2023) but still cannot see your Bundle(s), first head to "settings", scroll down and click the "Synch my account" button at the bottom of the screen.
If you still cannot see your Bundle(s) or booked surfs, it may be that your name, e-mail address or date of birth have been entered in a different way on your Surfer or Bundle Accounts. These need to be an exact match with your Community Account in order for them to synchronise.
