We do not issue refunds for bookings at The Wave.
If your session is more than 7 days away, you can cancel your booking and receive the value back as a gift voucher, which you can use to rebook at a later date.
If your session is within 7 days, we’re unable to make any changes or offer a voucher. The only amendment we can make at this stage is a name change on the booking, allowing someone else to take your place.
We strongly recommend reviewing your plans before booking to avoid disappointment.
