If you’re seeing the message:
“An error occurred, please contact customer service”,
it’s usually because of one of the following reasons:
- You completed a guest checkout even though you already have an account, or
- You are trying to complete a guest checkout without logging into your existing account.
This can result in the system creating multiple booking owner accounts under the same email address, which causes an error.
To fix this, our Customer Service team will need to merge your accounts manually.
