If you need to change the name of the surfer on an existing booking, please email us at hello@thewave.com with the details of the booking including reservation number and the new surfer's name, date of birth, e-mail address and phone number. If you’ve already emailed us, no need to follow up — a Wavemaker will be in touch with you soon.
Important:
We can only change the name from one adult to another adult.
We’re unable to change the booking between an adult and a child, or vice versa.
Please try to contact us as soon as possible before your session to allow time for the update to be made.
